The Prime Steakhouse restaurant is smoke-free, quiet, and elegant. We are commanded to swing hard at this gig- no ballads allowed! Haha but true. So we have fun at this gig, even though it’s five hours long! Caleb Furgatch on upright bass and Michael Evans on drums kick the rhythms and I play classic standards, with inspiration from Ahmad Jamal, Oscar Peterson, Herbie Hancock, and Bill Evans.
