Events

This evening, I'll be joined by Glen Fisher on bass and Richard Sellers on drums. We have a lot of fun playing (and playing around with) standards, as well as jazz classics and the occasional pop tune interpretation. Westgate Hotel is on Broadway downtown, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.

Playing duo with drummers is something I've loved for a long time, and playing with Duncan Moore is always a pleasure. We play standards, jazz classics, and open-ended groove improvisations that go well with your drinks and dinner on the patio outside.

The cozy lobby bar at the Westgate is where we'll be this evening, with Caleb Furgatch on bass and Ronnie Stewart on drums. This trio has played lots of gigs together, and we always have a ball. Ahmad Jamal, Herbie Hancock, Cedar Walton and Bill Evans will be our inspiration for the evening.

The historic bar at the US Grant has great atmosphere. Glen (on acoustic bass) and myself on grand piano will be swinging and grooving our way through classics from the jazz and standard collections.

The cozy bar at the Westgate provides a great space to swing and groove. Expect to hear standards mixed with jazz classics. Gunnar Biggs on bass and Duncan Moore on drums.
